We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites you visit from this platform.

When you recommend a product, claim a brand, or submit edit requests, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant us the right to review, publish, edit for clarity, and display that content on the platform. Product names, brand names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. All submissions are reviewed by an admin before anything is published — nothing is auto-published.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product or origin information.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically harvest site content outside normal browsing.
• Attempt to access accounts, admin functions, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to edit, downgrade the trust level of, unpublish, or remove any listing at any time — including in response to new evidence, a brand request, a legal concern, or a violation of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Made Finder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on listing information, or transactions conducted with third parties linked from the site.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
